These methodologies and processes are reinforced through our organization’s externally accredited certifications, which include ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System (QMS), ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 IT Service Management Systems (SMS, corporate ITIL certification), ISO 27001:2005 Information Security Management System (ISMS), and CMMI-DEV Level 3 Job Description Facilitating the team’s progress toward the goal: The Scrum Master/Development Team Lead will serve as a trained team facilitator constantly engaged in challenging the old norms of development while keeping the team focused on the goals of the iteration Leading the team’s efforts in continuous improvement: The Scrum Master/Development Team Lead will help the team improve, helping the team take responsibility for their actions, and helping the team become problem solvers for themselves Advocate Agile Values: The Scrum Master/Development Team Lead will lead the team on agile practices Eliminating impediments: The Scrum Master/Development Team Lead will remove any blocking issues beyond the team’s authority or will solicit support from other teams/stakeholders until a resolution is reached, so that the team can remain focused on achieving the objectives of the iteration Qualifications Demonstrated Scrum Master/Development Team Lead experience with Agile development methodologies and processes Prior experience as a Java Developer to include: Design and develop application code using Java/JEE, XML, SOAP, REST, and Spring Framework 5+ years’ experience in developing in multiple software development project teams 5+ years’ experience in leading multiple agile software development project teams Bachelors or appropriate relevant experience Additional Information ** Please share me your updated word copy of Resume. *** I appreciate, if you refer to someone who is looking for this position. #J-18808-Ljbffr Comtech LLC
