Scrum Master

Overview Scrum Master Onsite 5 Days a Week in Washington D.C. Active Top Secret Clearance Required Responsibilities Exhibit Lean-Agile leadership, adopt and apply Agile Principles, and implement Agile practices Promote Agile quality practices so the team can meet its goals.Identifyand work to mitigate impediments Facilitate all team meetings, including (but not limited to) the Daily Stand-Up, Sprint Planning, and Sprint Retrospective Guide the team in estimating the team’s work Keep the team focused on daily and sprint goals to include achieving results, quality,flow,and velocity Identify functional requirements and create user stories Test developed stories and ensure application quality Solve problems and provide technical support to application end users Develop and maintain documentation and training materials Assist with data mapping Requirements Minimum 5 years of work experience (including internships) Clear written communication and documentation skills Experience with Agile framework and working on a Kanban or Scrum team Agile Project Management Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience with creating and monitoring tasks in JIRA Application/software requirements gathering experience Experience with creating and monitoring tasks in JIRA Application/software requirements gathering experience Education/Certification Requirements A Bachelor's degree is required Clearance Requirements Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; an active Top Secret clearance is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr Precision Solutions, Inc.
