We are looking for a remodeler/handyman!
What You Get:- Earn $35 $50 per hour based on skillset
- Control your schedule, work 5 hours or 35, choose the jobs and locations you want
- Support from a professional office team that oversees your work, optimizes your schedule and provides dispatching services
- Career path opportunities - direct path (3 to 6 months) to unlock benefits such as bonus pay, tool allowance, and PTO
- Paid experience in remodeling or residential/commercial maintenance (carpentry, painting, drywall, basic plumbing, electrical)
- Complete maintenance or remodeling project by providing construction skills for residents and businesses in Ann Arbor and the surrounding area.
- Evaluate requests, price out all jobs, troubleshoot and effectively communicate with clients
- Finalize appropriate job materials and quantities for all projects
- Within 24 hours: A live team member contacts every applicant
- Within 3-5 days: In person interview in our office
- Within 5-7 days: Offer letter with start date and onboarding overview
