Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Consultant with prior sales experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in the showroom, providing a welcoming and professional first impression

• Understand customer needs through active listening and product knowledge to recommend the right vehicles

• Present, demonstrate, and explain vehicle features and benefits in a clear and engaging manner

• Negotiate pricing and terms in a professional, customer-focused way

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business

• Stay informed on Subaru product updates, incentives, and competitive market trends

• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system

• Work collaboratively with the sales team, finance department, and management to achieve monthly goals

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years sales experience (automotive sales preferred, but not required)

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Professional appearance and a positive, customer-first attitude

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
