Job Title: Project Lead

Type: 6 Months Contract to Start

Location: St. Louis, MO

Description:

Owns end-to-end delivery of assigned M&A integration workstreams, coordinating the technical team and serving as the primary point of contact for the client's Senior Project Manager.

Reports to: Engagement / Program Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the integration schedule for assigned acquisitions, from kickoff through hypercare close
• Coordinate standups across network, desktop, collaboration, IAM, and service desk workstreams
• Serve as primary escalation point for vendor (Granite/Pellera) delivery risks and cross-team blockers.
• Report status, risks, and dependencies to client stakeholders and internal leadership
• Maintain the integration runbook/checklist and keep workstream owners aligned to it
• Manage resource allocation across dedicated team members and the delivery bench
• Lead go-live readiness reviews and post-go-live retrospectives

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years leading multi-site IT infrastructure or M&A integration projects
• Experience managing cross-functional technical teams (network, desktop, collaboration, security)
• Strong vendor management and stakeholder communication skills
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow) and project tracking tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
• Experience specifically with M&A, carve-out, or divestiture IT integrations
