Accounting Clerk Location: Wayne, NJ Position Type: Full-time Salary: $60,000 We are currently seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our client's team at a law firm located in the Wayne, NJ area. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth and development. Responsibilities: Assist the accounting department with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable tasks Perform data entry and maintain accurate records Utilize Excel and QuickBooks extensively for various accounting tasks Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions Assist with other accounting-related duties as needed Requirements: Prior experience in accounting or related field Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks is essential Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior experience in a law firm or professional services firm is highly desirable This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further their career in accounting within a reputable law firm.
