ABA Paraprofessional

The Millis Public Schools is seeking 2 ABA paraprofessionals with skills in supporting students' academic, social/emotional and behavioral needs. In this role, the individual develops relationships and works as part of a team to support students with disabilities in and out of the general education classroom. This includes implementing behavior support plans, assisting in implementing curriculum modifications and accommodations for student success and collecting data to monitor student progress. QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Two years of experience working with students with disabilities is preferred. 2. Evidence of ABA training is required. 3. Experience implementing behavior plans is preferred. 3. Willingness to be trained in Safety Care crisis prevention training.
