MQ Technician III

Ensures that products being built and processes being used adhere to all standards and requirements. 3rd SHIFT Job Requirements Performing quality reviews and internal audits; evaluating data and writing reports to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards. Monitoring product life cycle processes and products for adherence to company and regulatory standards and practices; participating in quality improvement initiatives and projects. Analyzing statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of finished product; providing improvement recommendations based on data. Collaborating with Quality & Reliability Engineers in project deliverables; owning and accomplishing standard projects with non-complex customers.

What your background should look like Typically requires 3-4 years or more of related work experience. Requires high school diploma/GED. Completion of an AA degree or equivalent is preferred.

Compensation Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $44,500 $66,700 (subject to change dependent on physical location) A comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), disability, life insurance, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off and voluntary benefits.
