Salary: $53,700 - 104,900 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for someone who can conduct end-to-end hardware installation and troubleshooting with supervision.
• We need someone who can support cabling validation and help resolve connectivity issues to ensure clean, error-free links.
• We expect familiarity with monitoring, reviewing, and analysing ticket queues, system logs, and console alarm messages.
• We value the ability to address basic incidents and escalate more complex or unresolved problems to senior technicians.
• We are seeking someone willing to attend training aligned with our corporate objectives to close skill gaps and learn new technologies.
• We are looking for someone who can begin acting as a technical liaison for technical teams and help identify resiliency, reliability, and availability risks.
• We expect the ability to follow standard operating procedures, maintenance protocols, and site rules.
• We require awareness of security controls and health and safety guidelines for on-site work.
• We note that certain U.S.-based or customer-facing roles may be subject to applicable immunization, occupational health, and/or drug testing requirements.

• We will have you carry out end-to-end on-site hardware installation, removal, and troubleshooting without disrupting critical infrastructure, under supervision.
• We will have you replace server components and perform server upgrades for our existing customer base under close guidance.
• We will have you monitor, review, and analyse ticket queues, system logs, and console alarm messages in assigned environments.
• We will have you handle basic incidents and escalate more complex or unresolved issues to senior technicians.
• We will have you implement technical solutions to improve the system or resolve issues within SLA targets, with guidance.
• We will have you escalate issues that could affect the stability of the environment.
• We will have you follow established SOPs and MOPs when completing tasks.
• We will have you ensure our work remains aligned with site rules, colocation vendor requirements, and data centre policies, including sign-off procedures.
• We will have you follow required security controls.
• We will have you comply with health and safety requirements, including PPE, site access, and site-specific compliance rules, while working at customer locations and in the office.
