The job requires working in a wafer fab cleanroom. The desired candidate will have previous experience transitioning to new roles quickly and effectively, learning new concepts, and being self-motivated to meet objectives in a rapid paced work environment. The candidate must be both a leader and a team player who can work effectively with managers, supervisors and engineers across different organizations to achieve business goals in a 300mm highly automated wafer fab environment. The ability to understand and analyze huge amount of data at high speed with great accuracy is key to be successfully in this position. Having experience in leading a lean and efficient team of engineers in a manufacturing environment and a strong foundation of industrial engineering methodology is required.Roles and Responsibilities will include –Leading a team of highly effective industrial engineers to support and drive manufacturing operating planRegularly supervise the work of personnel, provide opinions and conduct performance assessmentsCreating and implementing development and training plan to support IE team growth and skills upgradeAbility to influence and collaborate across internal and external organizations to support execution planExcel at completing projects accurately and timelyDesigning and executing manufacturing operation strategyDriving capacity entitlementDriving manufacturing continuous improvement initiativesLeading manufacturing performance gap analysisDriving modern technology implementationIdentifying opportunities to improve operational execution and cycle time Strong ability to utilize industrial engineering concepts and operational research concepts to assist in manufacturing decision makingStrong data analysis skills and statistical analysis skills is required to support operational needsMust be comfortable working in a clean room environment wearing cleanroom required garmentsAccountable for manufacturing KPIQualificationsMinimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in industrial engineeringor related3 years of experience working as an industrial engineer (or equivalent) in a high volume manufacturing environment, preferably within semiconductor manufacturing .Preferred Qualifications:Master's degree in industrial engineering or related2 years of experience supervising, managing, leading a team.Intermediate proficiency in SQLAbout the organizationTI does not make recruiting or hiring decisions based on citizenship, immigration status or national origin.
