Senior Facility Manager

MANTECH seeks a mission-driven and detail-oriented Senior Facility Manager to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii .

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manages and directs the daily operations of facility infrastructure, ensuring all building systems meet organizational and safety standards.

• Monitor the use of materials and human resources to achieve operational goals while managing facility maintenance budgets.

• Implement organizational policies and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure uninterrupted facility services and administrative support.

• Directs the execution of facility projects and RMI activities for special operations command centers within the Pacific AOR.

• Evaluate regional facility status reports to prioritize maintenance tasks and ensure infrastructure reliability for high-impact mission sets.

• Lead the coordination of local service providers and engineers to resolve complex facility deficiencies affecting theater operations.

• Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).

• 10+ years of position-relevant experience.

• Experience in formal document approval and quality gate oversight.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP certification or a related field.

• Experience with Navy Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) or similar DoD agencies.

• Knowledge of MIL-STD facility maintenance and security protocols.

Clearance Requirement:

• Must hold an active Secret clearance

Physical Requirements:

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

• Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
