Construction estimator

job summary:
Our client, a leading North Carolina General Contractor, is seeking a precision-driven Estimator to lead high-density multifamily and public bid projects. We are looking for a Procore expert who can seamlessly transition from conceptual budgeting to final subcontractor negotiations while closing critical scope gaps. If you have 5+ years of experience and a proven track record of navigating complex blueprints to deliver airtight budgets, join a team where your technical expertise directly drives large-scale construction success.

• Deliver precise take-offs and budgets for high-density multifamily projects

• Lead the competitive bidding process by qualifying subcontractor quotes, closing scope gaps, and negotiating pricing
  
  
  
• Analyze blueprints and specifications to identify potential design conflicts or missing details

• Generate conceptual estimates without highly detailed plans

• At least 5 years construction experience (and 3 years estimating)

• Multifamily estimating experience is required, commercial/public experience is a big plus

• Procore Experience is required - especially 360 reporting and budget views

• Experience with Dodge/iSquareFoot/ConstructConnect is highly preferred
