Tes missions comme chef(fe) de quart :
- Motiver, encadrer et supporter ton équipe pendant le quart
- Assurer le bon déroulement des opérations (cuisine, service, hygiène, etc.)
- Prendre des décisions rapidement pour maintenir la qualité et la rapidité du service
- Former les nouveaux membres de l’équipe et renforcer les bonnes pratiques
- Maintenir un environnement de travail positif, sécuritaire et efficace
Tu es notre chef(fe) de quart idéal(e) si :
- Tu as déjà un peu d’expérience en restauration ou en gestion d’équipe (ou une grosse motivation à apprendre!)
- Tu es proactif(ve), organisé(e) et tu gardes ton calme en toute situation
- Tu sais faire preuve d’écoute et de leadership – tu es du genre à rassembler les gens
- Tu veux évoluer dans un emploi stimulant, formateur et reconnu!
