Schedule: Full-Time | Day, Evening, and Overnight Shifts Available
Compensation: $34.00 per hour

A skilled nursing facility in Brooklyn is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join its nursing team. We are currently hiring for all three shifts and are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional care to geriatric residents in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of an RN and nursing leadership
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
• Ensure resident care plans are followed and updated as necessary
• Respond promptly to resident needs and concerns
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations

Qualifications

• Active New York State LPN license required
• Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care experience preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
