Key Qualifications:

• Active New Jersey RN or LPN license required
• Prior experience with school-aged children is preferred

• Proficiency in G-tube care and comfortable providing this support
• Skilled in identifying and responding to seizure episodes
• Attentive, reliable, and able to provide focused, consistent 1:1 nursing care
• Compassionate and capable of fostering a safe, supportive environment for nonverbal students

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care—including but not limited to G-tube feedings, mobility assistance, and seizure monitoring—aligned with each student's care plan
• Accompany and supervise the student throughout the school day and transitions between classes or activities
• Maintain clear, professional communication with educators, therapists, and families as needed
• Accurately document care provided and report health concerns in a timely manner
• Support classroom integration by facilitating medical accommodations
