Controls Support Technician I - Field & Remote

AAON, Inc. is seeking a Technical Support Specialist in Kansas City, Missouri to provide over-the-phone technical assistance to onsite field technicians and end users. Responsibilities include solving technical support calls and assisting with troubleshooting digital controls. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, and HVAC or electrical training is preferred. The position involves after-hours support and some travel.
