Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Atlanta, GA that is seeking a hybrid Senior Product Manager to join their team.Summary:The Senior Product Manager will manage the development and execution of product concepts, designs, and enhancements for one or more functional areas, including driving innovation and transformation for product practices and processes. The candidate engages end users and stakeholders to build business cases, develop key performance indicators, and launch capabilities for assigned products.Major Tasks, Responsibilities, And Key Accountabilities:

• Develops and leads the product strategy for one or more functional areas
• Builds business cases for product ideas and oversees the coordination of systems and solutions
• Gathers, organizes, analyzes, and documents business requirements on products and services offered by competitors in order to understand market needs and user pain points to create product solutions
• Works with cross-functional teams to design, specify, document, prioritize, and execute product vision
• Manages product launch collateral, including user documentation, marketing collateral, and demonstrations
• Measures and reports product performance and quality while continuously optimizing the customer experience
• Provides market, industry and competitive expertise and analyses to drive product performance
• Makes periodic visits to field locations, trade shows, and technical conferences to gather market intelligence and feedback

Skills

• Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline
• Certification is required in some areas
• Generally, 5-8 years of experience in a related field or MS/MA and generally 3-5 years of experience in a related field

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related area
• 5+ years of experience in product management

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
