Regeneron seeks a Manager of Quality Risk Management to lead the implementation of QRM governance processes across its Industrial Operations & Product Supply sites. The role manages quality risk assessments, builds team capabilities, and ensures regulatory compliance at the new Saratoga Springs manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

Lead QRM governance implementation across IOPS sites globally
Conduct and oversee data-driven risk assessments and mitigation activities
Develop and deliver QRM training and education to cross-site staff
Manage team maintaining risk documentation and supporting new assessments
Represent QRM approach during regulatory inspections and partner audits

Requirements

BS/BA in Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field
7+ years of quality risk management experience
Previous people leadership or supervisory experience
Experience with recombinant protein manufacturing or process development
Knowledge of global regulatory standards and GxP requirements

Compensation: $92,200–$176,000 annually
