Compensation & Stock Systems Analyst

Position is based at Epic’s campus in Madison, WI. Relocation to the Madison area is required and the company will provide financial relocation assistance. Responsibilities Collaborate with various roles and teams across Epic to manage employee compensation and the employee stock program. Work alongside Epic executives to identify trends and other reporting needs. Develop and implement high‑impact projects that create complex reports and data analyses using multiple systems. Contribute innovative solutions to important business problems and support regular events such as annual raises and end‑of‑year bonuses. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (technical major preferred). Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed). COVID‑19 vaccination status required. Desired Experience and Knowledge Statistical analysis and reporting. SQL development and database/reporting skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Benefits Annual raises and bonuses. Stock grants.
