Vice President, Product Strategy

Help shape how customers pay through secure, flexible, and easy-to-use card payment capabilities. You will take ideas from concept to launch, then scale them across customer journeys and use cases.Job SummaryAs a Vice President, Product Strategy in our Card Cobrand Product team, you lead end-to-end strategy and delivery of scalable card payment capabilities, from discovery through launch and ongoing optimization. You translate customer needs and business goals into a clear roadmap, align partners across product, technology, design, risk, fraud, servicing, finance, analytics, legal, compliance, and operations, and use data to improve customer experience and business impact.Job Responsibilities Own end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for card use capabilities, from discovery and business case through launch and scalePrepare executive-ready materials (roadmap updates, decisions, scorecards, business reviews) for leadership and governance forumsDefine scope and sequencing (minimum viable release through long-term vision) and drive prioritization and trade-offs across teamsEstablish success measures and operating cadence (dashboards, reviews, action plans) to improve adoption, experience, risk outcomes, and financial impactRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills 7+ years in product strategy/management across payments, credit cards, fintech, digital commerce, or customer experience (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience)Proven ability to lead new product builds from ambiguity to launch with strong prioritization, dependency management, and delivery disciplineStrong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder influence across product, technology, design, risk, fraud, legal, compliance, finance, analytics, servicing, and operationsExcellent communication: concise, decision-oriented storytelling and executive-ready writing/presentingPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Master of Business Administration or equivalent strategic/product experienceExperience delivering card payment capabilities such as digital wallets, pay-over-time features, merchant offers, authentication, or disputes experiencesFamiliarity with payments concepts such as tokenization, authentication, dispute workflows, and fraud prevention controlsExperience partnering with external platforms or partners to deliver payment-related capabilitiesChase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America’s households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
