Both flying and driving may be necessary, depending on the situation.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field is preferred. Alternatively, equivalent experience in a similar role will be considered.Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide and motivate a team.Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis.Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment with frequent interruptions.Willingness and ability to spend considerable time on the plant floor.Experience with Concur for booking travel is a plus.Understanding of logistics is beneficial.Compensation:Base Salary: $71,000 - $86,000 annually.Profit Sharing: Entitlement to a profit-sharing program where 80% goes to a 401(k) and 20% in cash. In recent years, this has equated to around $28,000.Bonus: Based on Return on Assets, paid out half in February and half in December. Historically, this bonus has ranged between 28-30%, roughly translating to about $24,000.Estimated Total Compensation - $138,000
