About the Role

The Company is seeking a Data Quality Governance Lead to drive the execution of data governance across large-scale initiatives. This pivotal role is focused on improving data quality, strengthening controls, and enabling teams to manage data effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of comprehensive data governance frameworks that ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance. They will also be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of data management practices and influencing operational and business decisions. The role requires a leader who can foster collaboration, drive the adoption of best practices, and innovative solutions, and empower teams to navigate complex data challenges. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' of experience in designing and implementing data governance frameworks and policies, with a strong background in data, analytics, or product roles supporting data governance outcomes. Hands-on experience in driving data quality transformation programs, including data quality controls, data contracts, and lineage, is essential. The role also demands experience in implementing enterprise data quality controls and monitoring frameworks, as well as with industry tools. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams. A deep understanding of regulatory compliance and data quality to mitigate risks and safeguard the organization's reputation is a key requirement.
