Compliance & Documentation: Maintain confidential employee records, track OSHA and Workers’ Compensation data, and support audits or investigations. Recruitment & Retention: Oversee job postings, interviews, background checks, and onboarding. What You Bring Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred.
