Respiratory TherapistIndigo Manor Nursing and Rehab, a premier long-term care facility in Daytona Beach, Florida, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our team. As a Respiratory Therapist at Indigo Manor, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.Responsibilities:Provide respiratory care to patients with cardiopulmonary disorders, including oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, and breathing treatmentsConduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy to meet individual patient needsCollaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomesMonitor and record patient progress, making adjustments to therapy as neededParticipate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomesRequirements:Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related fieldCurrent RT license in the state of FloridaMinimum of 0 years of experience in respiratory therapy (new graduates welcome to apply!)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsWalk-in Interviews are Welcome!
