Part-Time Panel Coordinator (Sensory Tech.)
Location: Bridgewater, NJ
Pay rare: $25/hour
6-Month Contract (Potential to Extend)
Part-Time | Tuesday–Thursday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Flexible Start Time)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Sensory Technician / Panel Coordinator to support sensory testing programs in a laboratory setting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and working with food products in a team-focused environment. Food service or food handling experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, label, and organize product samples for panel sessions and testing
• Set up sensory panel rooms and testing sessions according to procedures
• Maintain calendars, logs, trackers, and product databases
• Purchase supplies, reference products, and materials as needed
• Restock inventory and ensure proper product storage
• Clean and maintain laboratory and panel rooms
• Monitor schedules, attendance, and ensure studies stay on track
• Follow safety and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) guidelines

Qualifications:

• Prior food service, food prep, lab, or related hands-on experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Able to follow written instructions and procedures accurately
• Comfortable handling food and beverage products
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Associate degree in Science or related field preferred
