Production Supervisor

DCI, is seeking a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our IBC facility in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a shop environment, as well as being a supervisor.

Responsibilities:

Performs supervisory work involving the planning, organizing and directing of skilled labor. Responsible for monitoring a given area of the shop and maintaining safety, quality and efficiency at acceptable levels.

Job Duties:

· Supervise employees and coordinate administrative paperwork as required

· Oversee safety, quality and performance

· Assist in evaluating employees

· Monitors progress of all work, answers questions and make sure all material is ordered from the stockroom

· Pre-plans all shop work to maintain an efficient workflow

· Maintains good communication by meeting regularly with other supervisors and the Plant Manager

· Monitors maintenance of all equipment and tools, monitors any problems.

· Receiving to give information to resolve problems dealing with production.

· Tries and evaluates performance of new vendor products

LOCATION: CLEVELAND, OHIO

Salary: $65K to $75K - depending on experiance
