The right candidate will assist the Land Development Manager or Land Manager in developing raw land and installing infrastructure to enable construction of homes.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop construction scheduleCoordinate contractors, inspectors for completion of projectReview and sign documents, plats and contractsBusiness operations for the land development departmentWork with area municipalities and utility contractorsSupervisory Responsibilities Directly supervises 2 or more employees in the Land Development Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. QualificationsEducation and/or ExperienceBachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
