A family in New Jersey is seeking a Spanish-speaking nanny for their 5-year-old son. The role is not just about language — the ideal candidate must be a warm, empathetic educator who can guide the child through daily life, teach social and emotional skills, and provide developmental support in Spanish. Requirements Relevant work experience Spanish proficiency: Advanced / Fluent (C1 or above) Strong background in early childhood education or caregiving Empathetic, patient, proactive, and nurturing Ability to teach through everyday interactions, not just formal lessons Clean record and excellent references Duties Full childcare (meals, hygiene, play, routines) Teaching life skills, manners, emotional regulation, and curiosity about the world Creating a warm, respectful, and structured environment Accompanying the family on occasional trips #J-18808-Ljbffr English Nanny
