Compensation : Associate Attorneys - up to $200k Base / Senior Attorneys - up to $280k Base Billables : 140 hours/month | 1,680 hours/year (Bonus paid quarterly at 420 hrs!) Property-line disputes to land use lititgation and commercial real estate acquisitions & dispositions) Career growth: Opportunity to develop deeper expertise in a specialized and highly marketable practice area What You’ll Handle The practice focuses primarily on: Real estate litigation and disputes Foreclosure-related matters Contract and title disputes Boundary and easement disputes Construction-related disputes Other complex real estate matters Ideal Background California Bar admission in good standing Experience handling real estate matters or with commercial litigation Strong research, writing, and case-management skills Ability to independently manage litigation matters Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 – $280,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
