Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current and valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong consideration for Clinical Fellows (CFY)
• Prior experience in a school-based setting is highly valued
• Familiarity with IEP procedures, documentation, and working as part of a multi-disciplinary team
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Creative, patient, and adaptable approach to working with diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing challenges
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions to address communication needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to promote student success
• Develop comprehensive reports and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress monitoring
• Offer direct and consultative services within the educational environment
