Advanced Practice Provider: Primary Care (Evenings, PT/FT)
Appalachian District Health Department
The Appalachian District Health Department is looking for qualified healthcare providers to serve clients at Ashe Health Center. Responsibilities include providing preventive and primary care, conducting health assessments, and offering education and treatment across various health programs. This position requires a license as a Physician Assistant or approval as a Nurse Practitioner by North Carolina boards, with part-time or full-time employment options available.
