Shift Lead (Afternoon/Evening) – Growth Opportunity

The Dough Shed Pizzeria is looking for dependable, hardworking team members who are ready to take the next step into leadership.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll help keep the shift running smoothly, support the team, and make sure our guests have a great experience. For the right person, this position has a clear path into a long-term leadership role.

This role includes a training period where you’ll learn all areas of the restaurant and take on more responsibility as you grow into the position.

What You’ll Do:

• Help lead afternoon and evening shifts 
• Keep the team moving and on task during busy times 
• Support key areas like ovens, register, and buffet flow 
• Help maintain a clean, organized restaurant 
• Step in to solve small issues and keep things running smoothly 
• Work alongside the team (this is a hands-on role, not a sit-back position)

• Positive attitude and works well with others 
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment 
• Willing to take initiative and help lead by example 
• Open to learning and taking on more responsibility over time 

Experience is helpful, but not required. We’re willing to train the right person who is dependable and ready to grow.

Schedule:

• Afternoon and evening shifts 
• Weekends required 
• Closing shifts will be part of this role
