Mix and measure paint according to specifications, ensuring accurate color and viscosity before application. Clean parts per specifications and apply paint to achieve the required thickness. Conduct post‑paint inspections to ensure parts meet appearance and coverage standards. Maintain a clean and safe paint booth environment, including changing filters and adhering to safety regulations. Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) as required under OSHA guidelines and maintain all paint equipment. What’s Needed? High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) is required. At least 1+ year of experience in aircraft painting or automotive painting. Ability to paint effectively on different surfaces and metals. Strong understanding of safety regulations and proper PPE usage. Ability to adapt to complex or non‑routine situations with advanced skills. What’s in it for me?
