Associate Attorney

This Jobot Job is hosted by Trey Mattson. Associate Attorney | Tax Credits We are currently seeking a qualified associate with 3-6 years of experience to join a firm in Los Angeles. The successful candidate will work on various tax credit and community development related projects. Responsibilities Represent developer, syndicator, and/or direct investor clients in tax credit or community development related transactions. Handle transactions involving Federal and State Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Historic Tax Credits, New Market Tax Credits, and energy-related tax credits. Participate in non-tax credit related community development and real estate projects. Qualifications Strong academic credentials. Prior law firm experience.
