Flagstaff Veterinary Clinic is an independent, owner-operated emergency and urgent care hospital, and we're growing fast. We're looking for an associate veterinarian who loves the pace and problem-solving of emergency medicine but is done with the parts of the job that burn good doctors out. A schedule that lets you have a life. Our doctors work a three-day week. That's not a perk we added to a job posting to sound competitive; it's how we've built our scheduling, because we believe rested doctors make better decisions and stay in this profession longer. You'll have four days a week to recover, spend time with your people, and enjoy everything Northern Arizona has to offer, from hiking and skiing to having a whole weekday free when everyone else is at work.

You'll work alongside an exceptional, highly skilled nursing staff who know emergency medicine, anticipate what you need, and take real ownership of patient care. What you'll do

You'll see a steady mix of emergency and urgent care cases, from stabilization and diagnostics to surgery, collaborating closely with our nursing team and fellow doctors. You'll have the autonomy to practice good medicine and the support to do it well, in a hospital that's busy enough to keep your skills sharp and organized enough that busy doesn't mean miserable.

What we're looking for

• DVM degree and eligibility for an Arizona veterinary license
• Strong emergency and urgent care background
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude with nursing staff
• Comfort making decisions in a fast-paced environment
