Position Overview
The VA/IL - Regional Medical Director serves as a senior clinical leader responsible for overseeing the quality, performance, and delivery of medical services across multiple healthcare locations within an assigned region. This role ensures that clinical care meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance while supporting the organization s value-based care model.
The VA/IL Regional Medical Director collaborates closely with clinical teams, administrative leadership, and external stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives that improve patient outcomes, enhance operational efficiency, and support organizational growth. This position plays a critical role in fostering a culture of clinical excellence, accountability, and innovation.
