Our client, a leading distributor in the Pacific Northwest with a strong reputation for growth, employee development, and community engagement, is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join their HR team. This full-time position operates in a professional office environment Monday through Friday, with occasional local and limited out-of-state travel. Physical demands are minimal, with occasional standing, walking, and light lifting.

Overview of the Recruiter role:
- Manage full life-cycle recruiting for multiple positions, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and act as a trusted advisor on candidate selection
- Maintain accurate recruiting records in applicant tracking systems (ADP) and coordinate recruitment events
- Draft offers and guide candidates through pre-employment processes including background checks and compliance documentation
Qualifications for the Recruiter:
- High school diploma required; additional HR or recruiting coursework/certification a plus
- Minimum 1 year full life-cycle recruiting or HR experience in a fast-paced environment; ATS experience (preferably ADP) required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Strong communication, organizational skills, results-oriented mindset, and attention to detail
