Compensation & Benefits Annual Salary : $65,000 Quarterly Bonus Potential Paid Time Off : 3 weeks vacation, sick time, and a floating holiday Coverage You Can Count On : Medical, dental, vision, EAP 401K with a strong match Insurance kicks in fast – the 1st of the month after hire What You'll Do You'll be the leader behind our day-to-day operations — ensuring fast, quality repairs and a high standard of service: Supervise the maintenance team and provide training, guidance, and accountability Handle HVAC, plumbing, appliance repair, electrical, and general carpentry Prioritize and complete resident service requests efficiently and thoroughly Oversee turn process and get homes ready for move-in Manage inventory and keep maintenance areas stocked and organized Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency maintenance Ensure full compliance with OSHA, safety, and fair housing regulations What You Bring 3+ years of experience in multifamily maintenance 1+ year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry EPA certification and CPO required Experience with make-readies, preventive maintenance, and work order systems Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills Ability to lead a team while staying hands-on Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must live within 30 minutes of the community or be willing to relocate Why You'll Love It Here At RISE Bartram Park, you'll have the tools, support, and autonomy to lead your department with confidence.
