SCHEDULE Monday-Friday 7:45am-8:15pm; Saturday/Sunday 7:45am-6:15pm *36 hours per week, 3 shifts* Every 3rd weekend rotation & holiday rotation WORK LOCATION IUH Noblesville Urgent Care-Hazel Dell Pkwy KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provided patient-facing front desk support, greeting visitors, managing check-ins, verifying information, and ensuring a professional and welcoming experience. Responds to patient/customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner. Determines the best method for problem resolution of basic issues, meeting patient/customer needs and organizational guidelines. Collaborates with other departments for issue resolutions as necessary. Accurately gathers and documents patient/customer information and interactions for database recording and scheduling. Processes orders, exchanges, and other service requests. Maintains professionalism and a positive attitude in all patient/customer interactions. REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma/GED is required. Requires 0-3 years of relevant experience. Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office. Requires the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
