Available Opportunities Emergency LVT Provide hands‑on care for emergency and critical care patients Monitor anesthesia and patient vitals; administer treatments and medications Assist with emergency surgeries, procedures, and diagnostics Collaborate closely with veterinarians and fellow technicians Deliver compassionate patient care and support pet families during critical moments Surgery LVT Prepare and maintain surgical suites Assist surgeons during a wide variety of surgical procedures Monitor anesthesia and patient vitals Maintain sterile technique and ensure patient safety Work alongside a collaborative surgical and specialty care team What We're Looking For Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) or eligible for New York State licensure 1+ year of clinical experience required; specialty or emergency experience is a plus but not required Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills Passion for patient care, teamwork, and continuous learning Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment Why Join Upstate Veterinary Specialties?
