Key responsibilities include...* High frequency execution of bulk bids* Dynamically calculate and apply loan level mortgage pricing to facilitate the purchase of loans from our Correspondent customers* Troubleshooting and writing complex MS Excel formulae* Mandatory commitment management including pair offs, extensions and rolls* Enhancements of pricing and reporting tools often using MS Excel and MS Access (VB & SQL at times)* Create reports that provide insight to our competitive positioning/trends to senior management* Communicate mandatory pricing mechanics to developers helping to improve pricing tools* A primary point of contact for our Correspondent customers for pricing and Secondary Marketing related subject matterQualifications:* 6+ years of Mortgage Banking experience* Exceptional analytical skills* Thorough knowledge of Secondary Marketing, Correspondent Lending and pricing mechanics* Self-motivator with ability to work in fast paced environment* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders* BS/BA degree or equivalent combination of education/experience------------------------------------------------------## **Job Family Group:**Institutional Trading------------------------------------------------------## **Job Family:**Trade Support------------------------------------------------------## **Time Type:**Full time------------------------------------------------------## **Primary Location:**Ofallon Missouri United States------------------------------------------------------## **Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:**$107,120.00 - $160,680.00In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
