Position Overview We are seeking a qualified Commercial Real Estate Appraiser to join our team in the northeast Ohio or western Pennsylvania markets. The ideal candidate is a motivated professional who can independently manage appraisal assignments while maintaining the high standards of accuracy and service our clients expect. This is a full‑time, on‑site position with flexibility to accommodate individual work styles. A hybrid arrangement may be considered for the right candidate. Responsibilities Conduct detailed appraisals of commercial, industrial, and other property types. Research and analyze market data, sales comparisons, income, and cost approaches. Prepare high‑quality appraisal reports in compliance with industry standards and regulations. Manage multiple assignments and meet project deadlines. Maintain current knowledge of market trends and appraisal best practices. Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on work output and experience.
