You’ll work closely with clinicians, patients, and caregivers to evaluate needs, recommend complex rehab solutions, and ensure equipment is properly fit, configured, and delivered.This position is ideal for someone with experience in complex rehab technology, seating and positioning, or DME/HME who wants to combine clinical knowledge with relationship-building and hands-on equipment work.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct patient evaluations in clinical and home settings to determine mobility and positioning needsRecommend and configure complex rehabilitation and assistive technology equipmentCoordinate with clinical staff to ensure proper setup, fitting, programming, and trainingTransport and manage evaluation and trial equipment for assessments and fittingsComplete detailed patient evaluations, documentation, and product specificationsObtain manufacturer quotes and assess cost vs. reimbursement for profitabilityDeliver and fit final equipment to ensure proper anatomical alignment and functionEducate patients and caregivers on safe and effective equipment useMaintain accurate documentation of patient interactions, orders, and communicationsCollaborate with sales coordinators to ensure smooth order processing and customer serviceDevelop and maintain referral relationships with healthcare providers and community partnersSupport equipment assembly, adjustments, and minor repairs as neededParticipate in in-services, presentations, and marketing initiativesWhat We OfferA role where your clinical expertise directly improves patient outcomes and independenceHands-on involvement with advanced mobility and assistive technology solutionsA collaborative, interdisciplinary team environmentVariety in your day-to-day work, evaluations, fittings, client interaction, and field travelA mission-driven culture focused on quality care and long-term impactAdditional InformationThis is a field-based position requiring regular travel to patient homes, healthcare facilities, and clinical settings.
