Production Coordinator

Position TITLE: Production Coordinator Location LOCATION: Stamford, CT. On-site 1 day per week, remote 4 days per week Hours HOURS: Full-time, 40 hours per week Duration DURATION: 3 months with the potential to extend In this role, you will be crucial in maintaining the seamless flow of pre-production processes and supply chain activities. Your contributions will directly support the production team, ensuring that projects stay on track and that our operational hub runs smoothly. You’ll be instrumental in managing vital data, coordinating shipments, and acting as a key liaison with our external partners, directly influencing our ability to bring innovative products to market. Key Responsibilities Execute high-volume data entry and provide essential clerical support for critical pre-production initiatives. Manage general administrative tasks and capture professional notes during key meetings. Coordinate comprehensive package management, including shipping, tracking, and preparing items for delivery. Act as a primary point of contact for entry-level communications with external partners. Maintain meticulous organization and management of physical product samples to support the production team. Must-Have Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management. Ability to perform light physical tasks, including lifting and moving packages (no heavy lifting required).
