We are currently seeking experienced Fine Dining Server candidates who will dedicate themselves to this purpose in joining our exceptional team of professionals. Successful candidates will have a minimum of five (5) years' previous hospitality experience, and a proven history of professionalism, accountability, and team commitment. COMPENSATION:

$55,000-$100,000k/year (Hourly + Tips)

REQUIRED TRAINING/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge of bar and restaurant service and pleasant attitude. 5 years restaurant experience. Flexible and malleable attitude towards new ideas. Must be able to stand for 9 hours. Ability to perform all job functions while wearing the specified uniform, including proper footwear. Good hearing for accurate communication. Command of the English language. Basic computer usage skills. Must be alert to guest needs. Ability to carry and lift small and large trays up to 40 pounds. Beliefs and behaviors that reflect integrity and discipline.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

1. Perform dining room set-up, running side work and closing duties.
2. Maintain accurate product knowledge including allergens.
3. Serve guests according to steps in service and scripts as trained.
4. Responsible for table maintenance and dining room cleanliness.
5. Compute guest checks and operate the P.O.S. computerized cash register system when accepting payments.
6. Lawfully declares tips according to tip declaration procedure.
7. Maintain dining room and service area safety and sanitation.
8. Must pass state alcohol certification examination.
9. Must pass all tests with a grade of 90% or higher.
10. Perform job functions in accordance with performance standards.
11. Attending all Ambassador meetings and bring suggestions for improvements.
12. Always maintain a clean and professional appearance.
13. Work with "Teamwork" always in mind.

Education:

Preferred: High School or better.

Experience:

Required: 2 years: Experience as a server with similar upscale concepts.

Preferred: 10 years: 10 years hospitality experience.

5 years: Five (5) years high-volume/fine dining server experience.

Licenses & Certifications:

Required: FOOD CERTIFICATION, ALCOHOL CERTIFICATION
