In this role, you will partner closely with Litigation Practice Technology, technology vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure applications are secure, scalable, and fully leveraged to meet complex business needs. This position is ideal for a senior level engineer who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and acts as a trusted subject matter expert across applications and integrations.Configure and optimize legal and litigation technology solutions to meet advanced firm requirementsLead the integration of cloud and on premises data sources into SaaS platformsServe as a senior escalation point, providing Level 3 application support and resolving complex Level 2 issuesPartner with vendors to ensure alignment with firm standards, best practices, and efficiency goalsManage system upgrades, conversions, and enhancements in coordination with non IT business partnersEnsure all applications comply with security, governance, and compliance standardsCreate and maintain detailed technical documentation covering configurations, integrations, and troubleshootingAct as a subject matter expert for technology initiatives within Litigation Practice DeliveryProvide operational support, including participation in a shared on call rotationWhat You’ll BringBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience8+ years of experience in advanced application support, configuration, or innovation focused technical rolesStrong expertise with ediscovery and litigation technology platforms (e.g., Relativity Server/One, Reveal, BrainSpace)Experience working with emerging AI and automation technologiesSolid understanding of application and data integrations, including APIs, ETL, and data pipelinesHands on experience with Microsoft SQL, Linux environments, REST APIs, and PowerShell scriptingExceptional problem solving, judgment, and communication skills (written and verbal)Proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and collaborate across technical and business teamsA proactive mindset with strong organizational and leadership capabilities
