Duties Prepare legal documents and correspondence Schedule appointments, make travel arrangements Communicate with clients and others by phone and email Calendar events and deadlines Maintain case files Process incoming and outgoing correspondence/documents Review documents for grammatical errors/court required information Filing on‑line with United States District Court Filing documents with all Hawaii state, appellate and district courts Requirements Minimum 2 years litigation experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask Team player Dependable, motivated, and good work ethic Knowledgeable with MS Word, Word Perfect, and Adobe Acrobat Pro Schedule 8 hour shift (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)(1 hour lunch) Monday to Friday Work Location In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
