Help Desk Specialist II - DoD Cyber Support (Secret Clearance)
Trace Systems Inc.
Trace Systems is seeking a cleared Help Desk Specialist II to support the Naval Research Lab in Washington, DC. You will assist with installation, operation, and maintenance of critical data and applications hosted by NRL while strengthening cybersecurity defenses. The role follows a standard IT service desk schedule, with on-site work in the DC area and opportunities to build skills in documentation, end-user training, and information assurance.
