Associate Attorney

Qualities we are looking for: Experience in General Business and Estate Planning Law (Real Estate Law experience is a plus). Warm, approachable demeanor for excellent client interactions. Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to work. Strong legal research and writing skills. High attention to detail, ensuring quality work the first time. Professionalism, confidentiality, and a client-centered mindset. Excellent reputation within the Northeast Florida legal community. Key responsibilities: Manage a caseload independently from start to finish. Regularly meet with clients for consultations and case reviews. Develop strategic case approaches and provide guidance to paralegals and legal assistants. Collaborate with team members at all levels of experience. Build and maintain client relationships. Conduct monthly case reviews and analyze case-specific legal issues. Requirements: Availability to work in-office Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Current license to practice law in the State of Florida. Attendance at networking events as required. Strong administrative and detail-oriented skills. Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to confidentiality. Positive, results-oriented team player with a passion beyond work.
