If you are motivated to learn and grow in a collaborative environment, we welcome you to join us. – Phil Matt, Operations Manager, Mills River Factory What You Will Do Operate coating equipment safely to produce high-quality products that meet customer specifications Work across production areas and build skills through cross-training Monitor product quality and communicate safety or process concerns promptly Support continuous improvement and effective shift handovers Safely move materials and operate forklifts and reel movers as needed Working schedule: Full-time position working 12-hour rotating shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
